Original-language decision records
Several RFCs retain their original Chinese text. The English catalog describes their purpose and status; these historical records have not all been translated.
RFCs are historical decision records for Persisting formats, ownership, and storage contracts. They preserve accepted or proposed decisions. They are not command references. Current syntax, schemas, and supported workflows live in each product's Reference and Guides.
